Recently, attorney Scheft won a landmark appeal for new language in a medical marijuana election question in Massachusetts, «Question 3.» Following attorney Scheft`s diligent defense, a Supreme Court judge ordered, for the first time in Massachusetts` long and historic legal history, the attorney general to revise a «misleading» statement about an election issue and a voter guide prepared by the secretary of state for the fall 2012 election. This unprecedented victory demonstrated Attorney Scheft`s extraordinary determination, knowledge and skills in the face of decades of precedent.
