Our MBA Leadership consists of six core modules and a thesis, all taught in an executive format. 100% online via OnlineCampus (an interactive online learning environment) with intensive discussions and classroom collaboration. In addition to covering the fundamentals of the business, one of the objectives of the program is to develop the behavioral skills of delegates. This is achieved through a behavioral competency model that has proven to be very effective in the corporate world. This includes peer coaching, which takes place during weekend workshops, as well as delegates who have ongoing access to faculty teachers outside of weekend workshops. During the normal work week, delegates are encouraged to hold regular face-to-face and virtual meetings with faculty teachers to discuss real issues in their professional role related to course theory. The thesis module is assessed by submitting a thesis (15,000 words) and offers the opportunity for sustainable, in-depth and intensive examination and reflection on an area of training in corporate governance research methods. The number of places per semester is strictly limited to 60.
